Daniel is a strong advocate of movement, health and education. Growing up to participate in a wide variety of sports such as soccer, tennis, hip hop dancing and calisthenics, he was bound to take an
interest in understanding the body further.
Daniel carries over 5 years of face to face coaching experience and is currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science, Osteopathy. The past years Daniel has helped many people achieve their strength and movement goals. His aim in the future is to expand his knowledge within the rehabilitation field and help people to move more dynamically.

CHANISE
Chanise is a positive influence to those trying to make healthy changes to their lifestyle. She is a qualified Nutritionist, with a Bachelor in Nutrition Science and is furthering her studies in 2021 completing a Masters degree in Dietetics.
Through her studies, Chanise has learnt the importance of healthy eating, by its strong influence on preventing diseases, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and inner happiness. Chanise’s aim is to teach others about the intricate details of nutrition and how it helps to improve progression in training and the quality of life.

The most obvious measure of the progress I have made over my time is my transformation from two chin ups with terrible form to muscle ups on rings and bar, and strong progress towards a handstand push up, front lever, and one arm chin up; but much more significantly, over this period I have stopped injuring my shoulders, elbows, hip flexors, quads and wrists.
When I first started with One Motion, their knowledge was already far greater than most personal trainers, but in the time since I have been amazed by their drive to learn more about not only the body, but also new movement disciplines.
