BODY WEIGHT 

STRENGTH & MOBILITY

Build bodyweight strength and skills, such as chin ups, handstands, L-sits and more, whilst improving your mobility and accessing strength in new ranges. 

 

Through use of the gymnastic rings, monkey bars and even the floor you will be able to challenge yourself to newer skills and enhance your movement capacity!!

BARBELL ATHLETE

Develop strength, power and range of motion to improve sport performance, everyday physical activities and prevent injury. 

 

By progressing under the demands of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and varying external loading tools, you will adapt to become stronger, faster and more resilient!

CONDITION

Improve your muscular and cardiovascular fitness by challenging your body in an intense driven session. 

 

Using a combination of both bodyweight and barbell based strengths we apply conditioning principles to elevate your heart rate, helping you to better manage body composition, get fitter and be healthier!
